I was impressed with the speed by which the salesman

I was impressed with the speed by which the salesman approached me and the fact that he did not over exert himself in assisting me in my purchase. The dealership appeared clean and seren. I have purchased from Regal before and would again in the future. I would recommend them to family and friends as well.

The staff of salespersons as a whole are WONDERFUL, POLITE and show the love got their work. All exhibit GREAT people skills and collaborate with one another very Professionally. Mr. Willie Wright stands out with the ability and willing to go a high height to please his customer. He assisted me in choosing just what I ask for price and payment wise. Omg, he displayed the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT (Galatians 5:22-33). Regal, has a Very Special Salesman. Thank you Mr. Wright. Now, Mr Pete(Moneyman) made paying so relaxing. He’s hilarious.

Had appt for 7000 mile checkup and tire rotation.

Had appt for 7000 mile checkup and tire rotation. I guess because it was an EV they did not have to do checkup and I waited over 2 hrs for a tire rotation. So much for an appt. I live in Dade City and drove almost 2hrs round trip for this non-service appt. I could have had my tires rotated at a local tire shop. Obviously an appt means nothing to your service dept. I will not reccomend to anyone.

My experience with Aimee was very pleasant.

My experience with Aimee was very pleasant. The only complaint that I may have was that the time that my vehicle stayed in the facility because of parts delay was unacceptable but my service was great overall experience I’ll give them a 10.
