Took my GMC Sierra in for its second oil change. The service advisors greeted me immediately and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. Gabe verified my service visit and took my keys, told me to expect and hour to hour and a half. Almost to the exact minute one hour later my truck was ready. Gabe advised me that my engine air filter and cabin air filter were in good shape but likely due for replacement at the next service. I appreciate his honesty and no attempt for a upsell for stuff i don’t need or asked for. Very impressed with George Moore service department customer service. Would recommend them to anyone with GM vehicle.

Collin did an excellent job getting my order together. I’m very happy with my Chevy EV! I was a little surprised that there was 2200 miles on the vehicle. That said the vehicle was very clean. The 1 foot driving is exceptionally smooth once you get used to it. Thank you to the staff that worked to make the process so smooth!
