Write a reviewIf I could rate no stars I would. Their finance dept. is the worst. After leaving the lot with my vehicle a week later I still loose ends with the purchase. Over thirty days Nissan came up with more money due even they they charge you a large registration fee and 900 dealer fee. I would definitely go to another Nissan as they are not trustworthy.

Parts department refuses to provide a part number so I could verify they were selling me most current part number. I would not trust them to buy parts or cars from this dealer.

I was searching for the perfect car and thank you, Andrew Major, I now have it. I bought a brand new metallic blue Nissan Sentra and I love it. Andrew was exceptional and very helpful and I feel like I was treated like a worthy customer by a very polite salesman.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPT! Ever! Mr. H. Didley is a liar and a crook. We’ve brought our truck here several times for problems or routine maintenance. Turns out, they never did the oil changes requested, but turned off the indicator warning so we thought they were done. Now we have a 40k mile truck with a useless engine. The truck is still under warranty so we requested a claim and he said it was denied. Turns out, he never submitted the claim and lied about the entire thing. So we called Corporate, who said it’s up to the dealership/service dept. What a Hoax! BEWARE!

DON'T buy a car here! You will be solicited to death over the phone and you can't stop it even if you go in and complain....they won't take your name off the list. You may need to change your phone number to stop it. Why a dealer would allow their sales reps, service dept and warrantee dept harass its existing customers to death is beyond me. I wish I could take my three year old Altima back to stop the harassment. I will never buy a car there again even if it is the best price I find. I'm willing to pay more just to be left alone. I also have a Land Rover and a Ford, and I have never been bothered by either dealership. My mother taught me it is rude to interrupt people, yet Wallace Nissan does it hundreds of times a day to their own customers. Solicitation is a rude form of interruption!

I had to have some pretty major repairs done recently. It took a while but they told me this in advance and they gave me a loaner car, which was great fun to drive. The car was done when promised at the price as promised. When I got back home, I discovered a new issue and called the service manager and explained the problem. He said bring it right back in and we will run a diagnostic and see what's going on. Car went back in, diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. Don't really understand what happened, but my car is running fine and everything is as it should be .....so all is well with the world again. Thanks to Joe Dayton, Hunter, the service advisor and to the great team of technicians and mechanics who make their system work for us, your customers. Sometimes we get a little crazy about our cars ( I know) but we do appreciate your care and concern.....and understanding! These folks are the best!

Hit something in road, only bought in for oil change, then found out damage underneath due to hitting something along the road home from Ocala,glad I had apt, and damage found out about!! Took almost 1 mo to fix, but finally done!. Time was so long due to Ins. company, not Wallace!
