Wallace Nissan-- new care purchase ----Pleasant ti

This is the second vehicle I bought from Wallace nissan and from the same salesperson --- G Smith was very professional and allowed me the opportunity to tale my time in looking at the cars available No pressure --Answered all my questions and made me feel valued ---- His professionalism and those who were involved in the final process made this a very relaxed procedure... Yes I will deal with G smith and Wallace Nissan again

Nissan 2007 Murano 7.000 mile check up

My Murano was taken immediately with personable Kevin (don't know what happened with Scott). Only waited less than 45 minutes for my oil change and anything to be done for my 7,0000- mi. check-up. Car in great condition and nothing needed more attention. The bonus which I was surprised at with points paid for my visit except for taxes. I, of course, will continue to have my services with you as long as I have this car which I'm hoping dies before I do and hopefully not too soon or on a positive note, lives as long as I can drive. haha Thank you , Charlotte Gross

Car getting serviced

Had my car serviced, and was notified by the service manager that some recall services needed to be done. Staff was polite and kept me up to date on everything that was being done with my car.

2014 Nissan service experience

I was well pleased with the service and the couresty shown by my Hunter who was the one who serviced my car. Viola Wise, who sold me my car has been always helpful. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car. Very pleased with dealership. I was missing a spare tire and it was taken care of immediately.

Very happy

Hunter in service was the best. He is very capable and treated us with quick and extemely great service. Rosa ia also great.

LOVE THAT NISSAN DEALERSHIP

Relative to the Service Department; have never had an unpleasant or lengthy problem with Wallace Service; each individual I dealt with was very professional and extremely courteous. As to the Sales Department, I think you have the best in town and probably beyond! I leased my second (purchased the first one) vehicle from your dealership and was assisted by Viola Wise. She is a most proficient and pleasant individual. She goes above and beyond to please and hopefully, when it is time to turn in my current vehicle and lease the the next one; she will still be with your Dealership. I probably will stay with Nissan and if I do I would never go to any other dealership.
