Very friendly, non pushy sales team. They are not here to rip you off, they are here to help you find what you’re looking for. The paper work at the end went just as smooth and fast as the sale. Love this dealership and trust me I have been to a lot over the years.

Called on a Friday to verify a car was ok the lot. Planned the hour and a half trip for Monday. Spoke to salesman Ethan Monday morning, confirmed we were going to be there between 1030am and noon. Arrived before noon and found someone else was test driving the car. Ethan then gave them the option to buy it while we sat five feet away. Glad we didn’t buy a car from them if that is how they treat people.

I’m usually not a fan of the entire car buying process, but I have to say my experience working with Cramer Auto and sales rep Johnathan K. has been the smoothest and most fastest experience I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Johnathan had the vehicle I was interested pulled up to the front, the test drive was very easy going and informative, and his service remained that way throughout the time spent at the dealership . We were in and out of the dealership within two and a half hours including test driving the vehicle, trading in my previous vehicle, getting a finance quote, and finally driving off the lot with the new vehicle. All in all, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
