Recall service

My daughters car had a problem with the ignition.i called fairway and spoke to John in service.he was very friendly and professional in handling my problem...it turned out to be a recall problem.john had the problem fixed and car returned to us in a couple hours...I am very impressed with the service dept...thank again fairway.

oil change/ maintenance

Had an issue from my last detail job which they took care of making my exterior plastics look like new. Reported on how previous oil change, technician did not replace oil filler cap. Luckily caught it before any harm was done. Service guy took feedback and looked into mechanic who did it. Service dine this time looks up to par.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everyone made the process easy. Joe and Vinnie were helpful with the purchase of the car. I would recommend my friends and family to purchase a car at your dealership.

2017 Chevrolet Traverse

We purchased our first new vehicle from Fairway Chevrolet in 1972. We have purchased many new vehicles at this dealership over the years. We've always got excellent service from the sales department, as well as all of there service departments. They,re a first class dealership, I'd recommend them to anyone.
