Bought our new Equinox July 2016, since then have had 2 appointments for service and both were great. This last time I had called in to ask what they recommended as I was taking a trip, driving to Florida, should I get it done before or wait till after. The customer service had me wait for less then a minute while he went and got one of the mechanics to answer my questions with better knowledge about the situation. Which I feel is great. Overall I have had great experiences with all the departments I've had contact with.

A maintenance oil change and tire rotation turned into a slow leak in one of my tires. Blaine was courteous when he called to notify me it would need to be replaced. They are a wonderful team! Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you, for all you do!!
