My car was there for a week & a half being diagnosed with

My car was there for a week & a half being diagnosed with still no solution at pickup. It also had an oil change & tire rotation which I have text messages from service advisor, Jennifer, where I requested the oil change with tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I noticed the tires had not been rotated because I mark them with fingernail polish because I have had several times where the tires were not rotated but they say they were. I told service advisor, Brian who tried to tell me that the technician's don't know the codes for tire rotation- so my question is how do they know what to do to the car? I felt like Brian was just trying to tell me something to get me out of there & it was 5:45 pm & he said they wouldn't have time to do it even though I told him that I live an hour away & had no reason to be back in the area anytime soon. Also, while he was trying to make up things to say about why the tires didn't get rotated, service advisor, Jennifer stepped in & began to say something but he tried to wave to her to get her to stop speaking & tried not to let me see him doing this. This tells me that I am not valued as a customer here. I bought this vehicle here only 1 year ago. Also, the texting thing to give updates on service being done to your vehicle is a joke. Jennifer would text me that she would check & get right back to me on an issue & several hours would pass & I had to end up being the one to follow back up again. This went on for a week & a half.

I had an unfortunate chain of events happen from my

I had an unfortunate chain of events happen from my service that was recommended for the transmission purely as maintenance. There was a cross threaded bolt, cracked catalytic converter and still an exhaust leak that is being figured out. I am so unhappy with this happening and will have an extremely hard time taking any vehicle back for service. I have driven my vehicle with the exhaust leak for several days with a strong exhaust smell after picking it up three different times and it was suppose to be fixed each time.
