Almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change, Then they tell

Almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change, Then they tell me due to the new oil that is required it's a little under a $100 more than last time. It's not the consumers fault that GMC made a motor with a bug in it and now I am getting uncomfortable with the hole thing.

Bought a 2022 gmc sierra Nov 2025, at time of purchased

Bought a 2022 gmc sierra Nov 2025, at time of purchased had numerous issues, and they said they would fix, still having issues now turbo needs replacing, same code I pull after 2 days of purchase. I only drove truck less than 2k miles…. I am very dissatisfied with this sale. My thoughts, they knew turbo was bad at purchase but I bought a bumper to bumper warranty and that’s what they putting it on…. I will never buy nothing from this business ever!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional service. I would definitely recommend Royal Buick GMC. The service department kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and when it was ready to be picked up.

See Ben for a no pressure purchase. Squeezed all that was possible out of the trade in; Ben even scoured the internet for an additional credit from GMC for being a veteran. Completing the financing was quick and painless. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Royal is the dealership to go for a quick and easy purchase of a new vehicle.

Thomas was very easy to work with.
