AVOID KELLY VOLKSWAGEN AT ALL COSTS. Kelly VW - giving a bad name to car dealers everywhere. These guys are absolute crooks. Convinced us to turn in our leased ID.4 early and 10k under mileage by promising us we wouldn't pay any excess wear and tear charges (why else would we turn in a car early and under mileage??). Then they pulled the bait-and-switch at closing and now we are getting harassed by VW Credit for $2k in charges. The salesperson and managers, after ignoring our calls and emails for months, refuse to acknowledge their responsibility and have left us completely hanging out to dry. AVOID KELLY VOLKSWAGEN AT ALL COSTS. Plenty of other honest dealerships to go to.

I brought my 2013 VW GTI in for the replacement of the rear brakes. I now cannot get one of the tires off because the tire bolts were over torqued and stripped. The last time I brought it in, a few years ago, for an alignment, the front wheel almost fell off because the bolts were under torqued. I bought my car here and until a few years ago, never had a problem. Maybe they prefer working on new cars and possibly only selling new cars. Very very disappointed.

This is my second time working with Kelly VW and they have excellent service. Nick was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the different models and helped me to focus on exactly what I was looking for in a car. The sale was smooth and easy. Barry in finance was also great to work with and gave me some valuable advice and insights.

I test drove a CPO car, came back with the payment and was told it was not ready to go. Issues needed to be fixed, it would be ready in a week or two. I’m out the money and the car!
