Lexus of Omaha had exactly what we were looking for.......so happy w all......Ernie Friel is a very impressive guy......we sure hope he is there when we go to buy our next Lexus!

I look forward to my service appointments at the Omaha Lexus. I know most of the service personnel by name or face. Loaner cars are always offered for longer visits.

We have purchased two vehicles from Jennifer and she is wonderful to work with. The entire team at Lexus of Omaha makes the car buying experience exceptional. They go above and beyond in customer satisfaction.

I always have a great and pleasant experience at this Lexus Dealership. The sales and service reps are always cordial, kind and pleasant. The service I receive is always the best. I have always owned a Lexus and I would not buy anything other than a Lexus.

Had a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle on 4/22/2019 at Lexus of Omaha. The tech advisor, Alex, was courteous and professional. I mentioned a couple little nuisance items and asked, if time allowed, if the shop might be able to look at these or if necessary I could schedule a future appointment also for the additional work. Alex was attentive, immediately looked at the areas of my concern, noted them and said they would see if they could be taken care of during that visit. He welcomed me to the lounge where I was offered refreshment while he retrieved a loaner car-the hitch installation would take the entire morning. While finishing. My coffee Alex arrived with the loaner. He showed me to the car and inquired if I’d like any instructions about its equipment and operation-it was a newer model than my vehicle. As I drove home from the dealership I thought how wonderful it was to be treated as a welcome, indeed appreciated, customer. The folks at Lexus of Omaha continue to wow me at each visit . Of course, when I returned that afternoon to pick up my car-Alex had texted and called to let me know my car was ready- I was again completely satisfied. The installation was great. A truly professional job, a high quality part that I’m sure equals a factory installation. Lexus was able to make the repairs/adjustments to the problem areas I noted also. My vehicle was clean-the only evidence that it was worked on. It was better than when I brought it in. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be? I cannot say enough about the professional,courteous, thoughtful people at Lexus of Omaha. I am so glad I chose to purchase my vehicle from them. These people know how to run a business! They are utterly awesome!

Shopping at Lexus of Omaha was a refreshing experience. Every employee , I have been to the dealership several times serval times over the last month. Every employee I encountered was helpful and personable. I had the opportunity to experience many different vehicle. Never felt like I need to buy something right away because I might miss the big deal and nothing else was going to be better.

No games. No pressure, didn't feel rushed. Quick and painless. The dealership made the process easy. Sales person very professional and polite. Attentive to customer's needs. Trustworthy.

We recently visited Lexus of Omaha after corresponding with Jennifer for a low mileage, certified Lexus RX. She is professional, knowledgeable and exudes a respect and value for the client. The Lexus Plus experience removes the adversarial part of the sale. We were provided with a fair, detailed trade in value for our vehicle, and the transaction took about 2 hours. We appreciate the detail and patience demonstrated by Jennifer for those of us less tech savvy.

Recently visited the Lexus dealership, shopping for a pre-owned vehicle. Was assisted by Jeff throughout my visit, test drive and ultimate purchase. Eddie and Lawrence helped to explain my options and answer any questions. I must say, my visit, shopping and purchase was Pleasureable! Never would I have imagined that car shopping could be fun! The Lexus crew and the entire dealership is amazing. They are in business to provide a professional, courteous, comfortable automobile shopping experience. And do they ever deliver!
