I bought a Hyundai Elantra 2015 in November2016 for 12999 with 40k miles..But I left car at DEALER and insurance company and dealer put me in car that wasn't the same car I test drove.Test drove car with steering wheel controls to radio .I being on Labor&Industries with arm injuries to my right dominant arm that was a must-have feature.Also was told car maintenance was up to date , but I checked maintenance book in glove box came with CAR it was completely empty not one Mark of a oil change, tires nothing said no maintenance records period .Sales manager said was done electronic via computer But the consumer myself has to keep records/ receipts o f everything to be in compliance. Plus test drove car was straight not one DENT. CAR I RECIEVED HAD DENT IN LOWER PASSENGER REAR DOOR. THEY TOLD ME BRING IT BACK IN 6 MONTHS AND WE WILL HELP MYSELF INTO BETTER CAR. SO I DID THAT I KEPT CAR CLEAN, SERVICED, AND PAID INSURANCE AND PAYMENTS .THE AIR CONDITIONING PUMP LEAVING A OIL STREAK UNDER HOOD AT 50 K DEALER INFORMED ME TO KEEP DRIVING UNTIL PART CAME IN. NO I SAID GET ME INTO SOMETHING ELSE. AFTER 4 HOURS WITH MY 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER ACCOMPANIED MY SELF I LEFT WITH CAR ACCORDING TO MR HARRIS I WAS STUCK WITH CAR AND ITS UPSIDE DOWN LOANCAR BEING WORTH 9,000 AND CAR LOAN OVER 16000.NEXT DAY BROUGHT2015 HYUNDAI ELANTRA BACK TO BRIAN HARRIS ALONG WITH A BRAND NEW 2017 RS CRUZE HATCHBACK THAT I PURCHASED FROM CHEVROLET DEALER IN ELLENSBURG ONLY TAKING A HOUR TO BE APPROVED BY LOCAL SOLARITY CREDIT UNION IN YAKIMA ON 5TH .I GAVE 2015 ELANTRA BACK TO DEALER. WSECU FINANCIAL IN YAKIMA. WAS INFORMED THAT I TURNED CAR BACK TO BRIAN HARRIS CAUSE OF THE LIES AND DECEITFUL SALES STAFF POOR MAINTENANCE RECORDS DENTED CAR/ HIGHER MILES THAN TESTED I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS LIEING OUTFIT OF A AUTO DEALERSHIP IN SELAH WA. SAVE YOURSELVES GO TO MANUFACTURING DEALER TO PURCHASE SKIP SELAH. ALL TOGETHER . MY 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS FURIOUS ABOUT MISSING. SOFTBALL PRACTICE .WHEN ONLY TOOK 1 HOUR TO BE IN NEW CHEVY FROM WINDY CHEVROLET IN ELLENSBURG WA. THEN WSECU DIDN'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF GAP INSURANCE I PURCHASED ON CAR AND 6 MONTHS I PAID ON CAR. DIDN'T MATTER TO THEM ITS SELF REPO. THE CAR WAS AUCTIONED OFF FOR MORE THAN I PURCHASED IT FOR INCLUDING TOWING OF CAR FROM SELAH TO YAKIMA. NEVERMIND ALL THE HYPE FROM MR BRIAN HARRIS OR WSECU JUST SKIP THE USED ON THRU.. SEE THE MANUFACTURER DEALER INSTEAD SAVING THE FINANCIAL REMORSE PLUS STRESSING YOUR LOVED ONES ALWAYS BUY NEW. .....
