Kyle Milholland brought me from on-the-fence to a quick yes when it came to selling my Eos. He was professional, honest and helpful as he guided me through a very fast and simple process. Furthermore, he went out of his way to ensure I got a great deal even though he stood nothing to profit off the sale. Whether you're looking to buy or sell, I'd definitely recommend Kyle as well as Volkswagen of Downtown LA! I've had four Volkswagens, and between this experience as well as the service department - I consider this dealership the best out of the several I've dealt with.

Best car buying experience we have ever had!! Everyone is very laid back and calm. Xiomara was amazing, no pressure and answered all of our questions. Even waiting in the lobby was nice it's very clean and inviting. "Jumbo Jack" walked us through the finance portion and it was very quick and easy. We are from Orange County and the drive up to LA to buy our car from Volkswagen of Downtown LA was well worth it!!!

Kyle Miholland of Downtown VW deserves even more stars: the patience of a saint , the nerves of a Buddha and the smarts of a economist. He is , by far, the best car salesman I have ever met. While others responded periodically, Kyle stayed on the case , in the nicest, most direct way, until we made a deal. Ten plus stars!

I had a great car-buying experience at VW of Downtown LA. Moh Zarrinkamar was my sales associate and he did a great job of explaining the features on the vehicles and showing me their inventory. My experience with Moh was not a typical high-pressure sales treatment, it was simple and pretty relaxed. He found me the car I wanted and made sure that everything was working and hooked up by the time I drove out with my new car. I recommend this dealership highly.

My experience at Volkswagen of Downtown LA with Moh was amazing!! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, took me on several test drives, explained all of my options, and was overall extremely kind and helpful. No pressure at all. An absolute pleasure to do business with. And girls, you know how it is at dealerships-with Moh, you do not need to worry. He treated me equally and took extra time to explain everything. Writing back in to edit my review. Iphones have a mind of their own at times. There was absoultely nothing wrong with the facility. So let me try this again: Don't lose your sanity or precious time, go to Brian Carnes at VW Downtown LA. He's a straight shooter. I sincerely thought all salesman were dishonest and unpleasant until I had he pleasure of dealing with him. Great!!!
