Overall Great Experience

This dealership is the best I've ever been to. Out of four dealerships we visited they were the only ones that truly cared for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone

2012 White Camry

Russ Smith did a great getting the car I wanted. I love my 2012 Camry. Russ was very friendly and he made the process very smooth and easy, he was also very proficient and efficient. I wish I could have sold my car rather than trading it in, due to the fact I had the opportunity to sell it, I would have been in the price point that I wanted to be in, but other than that it was a good experience. The finance manager did a great job with me and explaining all my options to me.

still the best

I tried a dealership a lot closer to home but they don't provide the same quality of service. I drive out of my way to get service from Toyota Bountiful because they are friendly and fast and do quality work. I never have to wait to get service.

Great Experience

This was our first time buying a brand new car. The sales team work hard to find us the right car for the right price with great financing. What a great buying experience we had at Bountiful Toyota.

Best Dealership Ever

I have purchased 6 different vehicles through this dealership and they have never ceased to amaze me. They have definitely earned a life customer. I went through a Ken Garff dealership because they had a car that I wanted and it was the worse mistake of my life. I will definitely stick with Toyota Bountiful from this point forward. I work with Augie and Josh. Wonderful people.

2014 Sequoia

Quik, easy awesome service! Enjoyed the friendly staff. Got us in and out of there in a very timely manner as I had hoped. This is my 3rd purchase of a Sequoia. We have also purchased 2 Toyota tundras.

Out of Towners Got Great Treatment

We live in Kansas but were visiting in Utah. Since we didn't know our way around, it was extremely frustrating to have our brand new Highlander GPS system not working...or so we thought. We drove into Toyota Bountiful and they immediately made us welcome and sent for John (even though we had no appointment). He knew what the problem was...our lack of knowledge...and gave us a wonderful tutorial on how to operate our GPS (making sure that we were stopped and not moving when we tried to enter info) and patiently answered all of our questions. We left feeling much better about our new car and definitely more educated on how to use our GPS. John didn't make us feel stupid or unknowledgeable at all and his friendliness put us at ease. I wish we had a John Pollett here in Kansas! Thank you, John!

Great Customer Service "Still Does Exists "

Vaughn Thomas Has figured out how to take that uncomfortable communication barrier most people feel when buying or looking for a car out of the purchasing process. This feeling is described differently by every person who has purchased from a big name dealership and the sad thing is most would describe their encounter negatively. Vaughn is some one that any company trying to grow or maintain a strong brand would want on the team and would quickly realize the value of having someone with true character and integrity can change the face of a whole industry
