I just picked up my 2015 Outback from having ball joint
I just picked up my 2015 Outback from having ball joint replacement, CVT transmission service, and front and rear differential flush. My vehicle runs like new and has over 171K on it. The technician Marc Buchtel did a wonderful job. Curt Seufert the Service Advisor has great customer service skills. I was quoted $3426, however when I paid on-line (you cannot see the amount prior to paying - not so good) the bill was over $4500. I called and spoke with Curt and he immediately credited my account. The bill came to $3416 which was a little less than the estimate. I am very pleased with all of the employees that I have dealt with at Gurley Leep Subaru.

Planned on ordering “2023” Cody gave me a call, sent pics, of a 2022 exactly what I wanted, fresh off the truck. Very happy with my Subaru OB. Excellent service department 5 star! I have always been treated great by Justin Neff, he was off on training this week and I was worried service wouldn’t be as stellar. Cynthia stepped in and things were just as perfect as always. I have vehicle they don’t even sell or service very often and there is BMW dealership in town but I’ll keep coming back here because of their employees. I don’t leave many reviews but gotta give credit where it’s due.

Do not return voicemails!!! Door handle fell off within 2 weeks after purchase. Brakes feel like the are not there at times, bought the extended warranty. Ran our credit without our knowledge. We had a pre-approval from Capital One and made the appointment to see the car through them. We were never asked about running through a different bank. We knew we were using Capital One. Will never buy from there again.

Did I need it? No. Did I want it? Of course! I certainly wasn’t looking for a new vehicle, but when my guy (Jonathon Coburn) reached out when I was on vacation and got my mind going, I thought about it a little more. When he got in touch with me at the beginning of the week, I told him my stipulations. I told him to work his magic and this is the outcome (2022 Subaru Ascent)!! I love it!! Drove off the lot with 7 miles! She’s a beauty! 😍 I’m not a shopper…I’m a minimalist, but I will definitely treat myself to a new vehicle! Now, I need to name her! ❤️

JONATHAN helped me through the process of purchasing my Crosstrek, he was nice enough to keep in contact with me while I was waiting for my Vehicle to arrive, it was on hold due to the pandemic, when it did arrive he explained the different features of the vehicle and his staff clapped for me as being a new Subaru member. it was a worthwhile wait, I was also offered certain extras at a reasonable price especially the extended warranty

I had a terrible experience with this service department, the advisor talked to me like I didn't know anything and was very vague about what they actually did when "diagnosing" our vehicle. When I received the final invoice there was no description of said testing that was performed even though I had asked for this to be listed. I will not return.
