I love toyota - Robert in service is the best - always takes care of us - I like the idea of the gal infront that takes all the information ( kudos on that idea) my ONLY complaint is the hard to get appts and having to call the stupid call center if you do not have the local number ( needs to go back to the old days call and make an appt with a real person ( local) or make an appt for the oil change ONLINE with times that are open ) that would make it easy for everyone - Lee and Gina Branstetter
