They are the most unprofessional service folks I’ve ever run across they lie and there prices up , they use to be better not now, I would try to avoid from going to Valley Auto and will all my associates not attempt to get service there ho to Florence Sc , these will rob you without a Gun they use there computer to run prices up and lie , Valley Auto frustrate you to the point you have to pray to remain Calm down, absolutely No Good, pure Garbage service , the new service folks are liars and Con artists , I wouldn’t dare to recommend no one for service not eve my enemies , you guys made my head hurt… need new management for sure…. Awful

I was approved by Outside financing but the staff worked with me to get the best deal and the best car for my son. Carlos was excellent !! I will shop there again.

I purchased a vehicle from Valley Auto World on the 7 the of July and was very worried about being approved for financing since my credit in a rebuilding phase. My salesman Robert Velasquez worked tirelessly for my approval. He kept me updated every step of the process and eventually got me approved on terms that were favorable to me. He earned my trust by not just getting me an approval, but one that I could live with. Most dealers won't work that hard for you or they will get you financing on horrible terms just to make a sale. The staff is very professional and they made me feel like a was more than just another customer. I plan to refer anyone I know that's looking for a vehicle to Valley Auto World and they will always have my future business

Just wanted to say a special thank you to the service manager, Steve and Mike who helped me so nicely and professionally when I had to take my VW CC Sport in for service. I was treated with respect and consideration when presenting my situation and was given excellent treatment and service. These two gentlemen were top notch when representing the VW Dealership and commitment to their customers. So grateful for their help and assistance.

Warning!!! I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and I have witness the customer service deteriorate. Raleigh or Wilmington will be worth the drive. Jim (apt desk) needs some customer service skills, he is very rude. Also, he needs to learn to be able to triage appointments. If you have a red light that appears on your dashboard, this is not a routine oil change, and it needs to been seen sooner than 3 weeks.

As the General Manager at Valley Auto World, I would like to apologize for your most recent experience. We can get cars into service at most anytime unless the customer wishes to have alternate transportation provided by means of a loaner vehicle. In that case, it may take a few extra days to get into service. Otherwise, we have a shuttle to take customers to and from work and home and can accommodate most any time.

This is my first ever car that I will own and I have to say I'm quite excited to finally get the keys in my hands. My associate, Devin Johnson, has been very pleasant and knowledgeable and together with the rest of the team at Valley Auto World has made this first-time experience feel a lot more comfortable and easier than I had expected. I can definitely see myself having no issues getting the services I need at Valley Auto World and look forward to future dealings with them.

A good dealership to visit. Our manager (Devin Johnson) was very helpful , so the process of getting a new car wasn't painful as it usually does. We had a good deal , the process was fast, so we are definitely going to recommend this dealership to our friends.

We stepped into the dealer to look for a car not thinking of burying . Sales person Devin Johnson came up to us explained all we wanted to know and he let us do a test drive. We loved the car and great service, and left the place with brand new Jetta with very satisfied. We definitely recommend this dealer !!
