Wonderful experience!

Living in Westford, Boch Honda is rather convenient for us. We came into the dealership today looking for a leasing deal on a 2017 CR-V EX-L AWD vehicle to replace our 2014 CR-V, same model and trim. We were greeted by Rick who was assigned to work with us. Rick spent an adequate amount of time working with us which resulted in our acceptance of a very acceptable leasing deal.

Satisfaction! The way it should be!

Once I started talking to Kurt, I knew I was in good hands. He was very pleasant doing business with. He answered every question I asked or went to find out the correct answer if he didn't know. Days later before the final signing of car, he was still doing his job to find out any questions I asked him. He is a dealer that everyone wishes they dealt with.

Excellent first-class service!

Friendly, helpful, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Great sales team that don't pressure you into buying. Willing to negotiate for tmv price. Hands down best dealer experience ever. Highly recommended!

OK, not great.

sales guy was nice, but too much of the "oh I couldn't give you more than X", walk away, what about 2x". also they didn't have the title and took a whole to get it. maybe it's just what it is for a used car. That said, price was good.

Incredible car buying experience!

I never thought I'd be writing a review of a car purchase but, I would actually feel negligent if I didn't. A very special thanks to Kurtis, George and Tim for making this an actual enjoyable car purchase experience! These individuals were fantastic and it lead to a fantastic team at Boch Honda West. I didn't feel either the usual high pressure sales techniques or the oblivious nature I've encountered at some dealerships. Kurtis in particular helped me navigate through the whole process of purchasing the car I wanted. George in the finance offife took me through several different buying options. Tim McLean walked me through the car's features with great patience :) Thanks to all!

A Great Vehicle Purchase Experience

Purchased a Ridgeline from Chris Driscoll. He was great start to finish. They got me the one I wanted and made it easy. A low pressure straight forward experience the way it should be. I would definitely go back.

Great Experience!

Working with Tim McLean was delightful. Everything went so easily and quickly . I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay! There were even some follow up calls after I purchased the car and Tim responded in a very helpful and timely manner!
