We bought our Carnival with these guys a little over a year ago. I went back recently looking for another vehicle and worked with AJ. He admitted being newish in his role but was willing to help with any info and questions I had. He was polite, pleasant and professional. In love with my new car!!! I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Jervis and Mustafa Aziz to purchase my beautiful, new Kia Carnival. Sebastian and the whole Kia team were patient and never pushy when I came back time after time to select the perfect car, test drive it, and answer ALL my Qs - no matter how big or small. They even went so far as to answer Qs about the number of Star connectors and modules within the vehicle and allowed me to talk with the service manager. In the end, they gave me an above asking price value for my old vehicle, negotiated an excellent price for the new, and accommodated me with a special detail request. I cannot thank them enough and they truly went above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Very good experience. Blake was very helpful. 10 stars for him. He is very passionate. Quality replacement of tire. I went without appointment but they still accommodated.
