I had a really amazing buying experience for the first

I had a really amazing buying experience for the first time ever at Mercedes Coconut Creek. I just leased the GLE 450 E plug-in hybrid 5 days ago, and I haven’t used any gas at all. I absolutely I’m in love with this car. It’s everything that I was told it would be and more. A huge thank you to the team that I worked with because they made it so simple and painless for me and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that Thank you so much Ailad , Brittany and Arthur For putting me in my dream car and making it enjoyable.

So, we decided to check out Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek, and wow, what a game changer! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by every single person?talk about feeling valued! Fast forward to 2025, and we?re over the moon to be purchasing our fourth vehicle from them! I can't wait to share our latest adventure at Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek! From the instant we walked through the doors, we felt completely at home. Our salesman, Norman, was nothing short of amazing! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He guided us through each step with such patience and expertise, making the whole process seamless. His insights into the different models and their features were a total game changer! We brought along our 12-year-old son, and as we were finalizing the paperwork, he started to get a bit hungry. But then, out of nowhere, Norman noticed! Instead of just plowing through the paperwork, he took a moment to chat with my son and found out he was feeling a bit peckish. And you won't believe it?Norman went above and beyond by arranging a delicious lunch for the three of us while we waited. We had an excellent experience with Norman.

We had an excellent experience with Norman. He was a pleasure to work with and he was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We told him we were just looking and he did not apply the usual car salesman pressure but answered all our questions. When we decided on the car we wanted, Norman went out of his way to find it for us. We left very happy.
