He took care of me every step of the way, including picking me up from the car rental office and taking me back to his office to finalize the sale and pick up my new car. And I love my car, it is in pristine condition with very low miles. Craig feels more like a friend than a car salesman. If I need to buy another used car he will be the first person I contact. My girlfriend bought a car from him and the car did not have an owners manual. He had one ordered the next day straight to her job.
