    I had the best "car-buying" experience ever at DealerGuy in McDonough. Jason and Tiffany were very helpful and made me feel very confident in my purchase.... I wasn't pressured into buying something that I didn't really want or something that I couldn't afford. The car was detailed to the max! I highly recommend a visit to DealerGuy if you're shopping for a clean, dependable, used vehicle. I will most definitely be a returning customer for my next vehicle purchase. Michelle C.

    We drove from Kissimmee, Florida to Georgia to purchase a car from Jason at dealerguy.com. Everything was as it was described on line. He was great to... deal with. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to buy from Jason again or to recommend others to do so.

    VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW! Purchased 2000 mercury villager 102K (i previously had same car got it up to 239K, got destroyed by Sandy storm in Breezy Point New... York)..Put in another $400 for tune up. Drove car back up to NY. First 800 miles no problem. Next 60 miles,sputtering, last 2 miles stalled 4 times at NJ turnpike off ramp had to call for tow ($65) Must leave at shop over weekend as it will not be looked at til Monday. Hotel cost $250-2 nites. Spoke with owner multiple times to no avail, the only response from him OK,OK,OK,OK. In my opinion He knowingly sold me a defective/ dangerous vehicle. Never purchase a car from him...EVER. MY NAME IS KEITH GAFFNEY

    Mr. Gaffney, Per your request during our conversation on the phone today around 12:30 I am responding to your concerns via email with my perspect...ive regarding your concerns with the 2000 Mercury Villager that you purchased on 12/11/2012. Dealerguy.com goes through the same process with each vehicle that we bring into our inventory. Prior to selling the vehicle it is sent to our mechanic for a complete inspection and repairs are made accordingly. The Villager that you purchased went through this process and copies of the findings were provided to you. All of our vehicles are sold "as-is". The reason for this is that we cannot assume risk after the sale for the way someone else may drive and maintain their vehicle or for the quality of work that may be done by someone that we do not know. And because the vehicle becomes 100% the customers responsibility after the sale we never deny anyone the opportunity to take the vehicle to have an independent second opinion for peace of mind prior to purchase and give us an opportunity to address any issues prior to purchase. You did not request a second opinion prior to purchase. On 12/12/2012 I received a call from you stating concerns with the vehicle that were based on your mechanics opinion. I explained that the vehicle was purchased as-is, however, I would have no problem having my mechanic speak with your mechanic regarding any difference in opinion. Your mechanic declined. At that point I offered you the option of taking it to one of my mechanics for a 3rd opinion, to which you agreed. After taking the vehicle to Point To Point Automotive and having a 3rd opinion on on 12/12/2012. The owner of Point to Point called me to let me know that he addressed your concerns and you left satisfied to his knowledge. That evening when we spoke you notified me that the service engine light came on the vehicle. I asked you if you had had it looked at to see what the cause was and you said no, but I would hear from you the next morning, which would have been 12/13/2012. I did not hear from you on 12/13/2013. The next call I received from you was on 12/15/2012. You stated that you drove the vehicle 800 miles with no problem and then you began to have problems. I explained again that the vehicle purchased as-is. At that point you ended the conversation by hanging up.

    We bought our 1999 F250 from Dealerguy about a year and a half ago. We enjoyed the experience and we have recommended Jason to our friends or family.

    we purchased a 2004 chevrolet silverodo from dealerguy .com nov.2010.we searched 2 months for the right truck until we called dealerguy.overall you couldn't... ask for a better vehicle;very clean and dependable.i will buy my next vehicle at dealerguy.com
