BEWARE

After I bought the car, I was told that once the deal was finalized, I would be able to get the second key for my BRAND NEW car. I received my welcome packet from my finance company, and have even already set up autopay. I called the dealership on Thursday of last week and left a message, however no one got back to me. I called again Friday to leave a message however no one got back to me again. I waited again and called this time on Wednesday and left a message with the sales manager. No call back. I leave a message again today, no call back. I leave a message with the finance guy at the dealership, no call back. Every time I call I wait on hold and then get told oh sorry they are with a customer. You are telling me they are with someone every time? They sure didn't have a problem answering customer phone calls when I was there in person....I called again just now and was told "Oh the GM is walking out right now, umm let me get a phone number and name for you so we can resolve this". We will see if they actually do it because right now, I have no faith in this dealership. Stay far away

World Kia Joliet

This is my second Kia purchased at this location. I live 40 minutes away and there’s a dealer 15 minutes from my home. I prefer World Kia Joliet because of the professionalism and courtesy I’ve received.
