After I bought the car, I was told that once the deal was finalized, I would be able to get the second key for my BRAND NEW car. I received my welcome packet from my finance company, and have even already set up autopay. I called the dealership on Thursday of last week and left a message, however no one got back to me. I called again Friday to leave a message however no one got back to me again. I waited again and called this time on Wednesday and left a message with the sales manager. No call back. I leave a message again today, no call back. I leave a message with the finance guy at the dealership, no call back. Every time I call I wait on hold and then get told oh sorry they are with a customer. You are telling me they are with someone every time? They sure didn't have a problem answering customer phone calls when I was there in person....I called again just now and was told "Oh the GM is walking out right now, umm let me get a phone number and name for you so we can resolve this". We will see if they actually do it because right now, I have no faith in this dealership. Stay far away

Everything has been awesome and convenient. I have a good overall experience with sales and management. I would recommend Kia to others looking to purchase a vehicle.

Rudy Gonzalez was a very very big help for me and my wife today.he did everything possible to help us..highly recommend going to him..also very knowable well spoken very polite..

Pierre got me in the car that I wanted. We had to go back in forth to get a good price with Warrenty but we did it.

Jason was so helpful he help me get the best car for me and my boyfriend we really enjoy having his time probably have a lil hard time but hey it me being difficult

This is my second Kia purchased at this location. I live 40 minutes away and there’s a dealer 15 minutes from my home. I prefer World Kia Joliet because of the professionalism and courtesy I’ve received.
