I was at this location before opening at 7 a.m. I reserved an appt 2 wks prior. My truck was checked in by a young man who talked enough for a crowd. Once hour amd thirty eight minutes later, my truck had not moved- it was still sitting where I parked it. And washing my truck after this wait for a planned oil change and service doesn't cover the inefficiency. I miss Glenn Talk about professional! The dealership made huge mistakes not keeping him, regardless of circumstances.

I brought my SUV into the service department because it wasn't working. Williams was the first person I spoke to which he was very friendly.

What should have been a 1hour visit turned into 4 They said there was a recall on my vehicle and would fix it while I was there.For the oil change, but then could not get the recall to work.And it cost me four hours.There

My experience not pleasant at all the my twice for the same transmission in less than 30 days where they keep arguing with not a transmission make me on happy and trusted Seminole Chevrolet. Even when I go for oil change with schedule I still 2.5 to 3 hrs waiting that’s not how schedule customer for service works.
