This was my second Mercedes-Benz purchase with Balkcum, the first being a GLK 350 two years prior, which gave me great driving pleasure with no issues. Tremendous service and value! Britton Jones made the transaction of trading in my 21 year old Grand Cherokee and getting a 2020 Jeep Wrangler seamless and enjoyable. So Disappointed We purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from them , And had trouble with it ever since we got it. It went back to them 2 days later when we purchased it. They said they fixed it. But Nothing was fits on it. Don’t have no paper work to show what they have done to the car. Nothing. And it been in the Shop more than he has drove it. Jamie said that everything was checked out . He lied there was No Oil in the car. And since this day the car is still in the shop . And still making payments and insurance on it. Worst people Ever. We have called them many of times to get this work out what can be done. And they said that was our problem. Either they can give our 2,500 back or pay the loan off. And that Lemon will go back and it will be a Done Deal.

The entire staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We got a great deal on our Nissan truck and will shop there again.

The owner was personable and knowledgeable. His negotiation was fair and within reason. I hope he is as happy with the deal as I am.

This place is a horrible place to go to! I had talked to a Briton and picked out the car i wanted. Had to wait a bit on my loan. It was approved, just paperwork. Well before talking to me about anything they sold the car from under me. So now I have to car shop again with a newborn. So thanks

Watch out do not buy cars from this these guy buy damage cars and sell them .it may look good but have it check out by a mechanic .shady place

I bought a 2006 Mercedes that had some problem a few days after the purchase . The warranty company did not want to cover the problems. Baucom stepped up and called the warranty company. After a couple of days the warranty company called to let me know that they would cover the problems. Thanks!!!
