This is my third car I have purchased through Ryan Auto Mall. I have had different sales people each time and every time my expectations have been met and more. Mickey was our sale associate this time around and she was absolutely wonderful. She answered any and all questions that my husband and I had and was very efficient at communicating with me even before we got to the dealership. I highly recommend buying from Ryan Auto Mall.

Renee(sales) and Jeff(financing) were fantastic to work with! They made the car buying process simple and easy. I browsed the inventory online and informed them what I was looking for. I got a personalized video of the car I was looking at. Made the trip down a couple days later and the rest is history. I got the car I wanted for a good price. Jeff Nelson and the team at Ryan Auto Mall went above and beyond to make purchasing our truck a great experience. We live about 2 hours from Buffalo and the truck we were interested in was pulled out and waiting for us when we arrived on a Saturday. Jeff personally took the truck to the detail shop to buff out a scratch, the service center was able to install a Tonneau cover that day and the finance department was speedy but took time to explain all the details.
