Laurel picked up my car at work then changed the oil/tire rotation! How convenient!

Had my 2023 Nissan Rogue platinum in for a recalled blown engine. The process took over a month to complete because of some short staffing in the service department but when the job was completed all seems to be in great working order. The mechanics seem to have a great understanding of the rebuilding of the nissan engines. Would recommend this dealer and the service team!

Quick and fast service. I also like the text update feature, keeping me informed on what is happening with my car. Very friendly and informative on what repairs are to be expected and maintenances to plan for.

Yesterday was my 2nd visit at Laurel Nissan for service, and once again I give them 5 Stars!! I would give them 10 Stars if I could!! Their professionalism and courtesy is stellar!! The Service Manager explained perfectly, everything that was done to my car, and I left there feeling great!! They even washed my car!! I will be going back for future Service appointments. Always excellent service when I come for oil changes or inspections! I was a little worried after my first oil change and to check why the airbag light was on, given that my Sentra had problems with parts going bad, etc almost every time I needed service. Everything was explained to me in detail and they were nice enough to transport my car back and forth! I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else.
