Horrible customer service. I used my gas powered GMC Sierra for work but I was interested in an EV. I asked GMC and Fox Valley if the bed on the EV was the same size as the gas powered version I currently used. I was assured it was. I was lied to - it is not. When I got the truck home a realized the usable bed is space for my water tank is much smaller due to the wider flange at the top of the bed, I asked the dealership to reverse the transaction and let me just keep my current GMC truck that actually met my needs. They refused. So now I am stuck with a truck I cannot because of a dealership who claims to be focused on customer satisfaction but is really only focused on profits. GMC also needs to own a chunk of the blame here as well for the significant change in the width of the flange at the top of the bed - why make that change. Why make the top of the bed several inches narrower than the base of the bed??? Also, GMC’s electric mileage range estimates are great works of fiction - right up there with Harry Potter and LOTR. The truck I have has a published rating of 400 miles, and in can’t complete a trip of 250 without stopping for a charge. Ridiculous!!!

was quoted 2500 for a muffler on a cpo vehicle that i purchased from them, including a platinum extended warranty vehicle has only 58000 miles called gm customer service they tried to work with dealer to share cost and the dealer declined will not ever return to this dealership

Mike & his team at Fox Valley did a great job when we were “looking” for a new vehicle. They were professional, not pushy, & answered all our questions while giving us a far deal. Highly recommended dealership! 👍🏼

They charged me over $1500 for a repair. I question them that it seemed high. They insured me what a difficult repair it was. After I got the car back I called the chevrolet dealer down the street and they gave me a quote of $750 for the exact same repair.

Frank was friendly and helpful. He look up my records to make sure I was not receiving and paying for unnecessary service. He provided a coupon.

I called Fox Valley and spoke with Mike Hampel on a late Saturday morning. Said I would be there in a little over an hour and told him the 2015 Lexus 350 I was interested in. I arrived and Mike had the vehicle ready at the front door and took it for a test drive around the area. I checked out the rest of the car, was pleased with the vehicle. Between Mike, the manager and I we hashed out the figures back and fourth, reached an agreement and I had purchased the car. Dropped off the signed paperwork (including my wife's signatures, and picked up the car Thursday night. Clean car, excellent running conditional and would totally recommend working with Mike and the rest of the staff. As I write this I feel good about the car I got for the money I spent and dealing with who I dealt with at the dealership made this a very comfortable experience, in purchasing a nice used car from them. 9 1/2 out of 10. (I don't give out 10's ever).

I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.
