Here we go again?
Here we go again?expecting things to go smoothly and properly, but no, the incompetence continues. I?ll spare you from hearing how badly my experience here was 5 years ago?.i will tell you that you have improved since then, hence the 2 stars. At least this time you fixed the car (kinda) and it only took 2 days. When I picked up my car after the repair was completed, my wife who was driving in front of me called me to tell me my headlight was out. I almost turned around and brought the car back but thought about it and realized that would be inconvenient, having to leave my car again. Also knowing how poor my experience was last time, I figured I would pop the hood and look for myself. Sure enough, I found the passenger headlight wasn?t plugged in. I plugged it in and all is fine. Clearly it was unplugged during the fan replacement and was neglected to be plugged back in. Nice attention to detail guys. What else did you not tighten or not put back together properly? Who knows?it?s a mystery I suppose. Should you trust your car to be serviced or repaired properly here? I doubt it?.based on my experiences, not a chance. Do better Hiester?

Great job!! I was going to wait for service on my truck, and they offered me a shuttle service for free. I did not even know they had this service available, they dropped me off and picked me up! Was great for me because I work remotely at home, so I was able to get back to work quickly. Next time I plan to utilize their valet service! John Heister is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. They care about customer service, and it shows. This is a benefit for customer that purchased their vehicle from Heister.

Bought a 2024 Mercedes.
Bought a 2024 Mercedes. Only one key fob. Was told they didn’t have the other one and it would only cost around $300. Turns out it cost over $1000. They could have gone at least 1/2 with me, but not!!. .Though I take full responsibility, Got ripped off. Would not buy anything from them again.
