I’m Graces brother.

I’m Graces brother. I came to the repair desk looking for a new ignition key for my ‘68 Corvette. They asked me to go to parts. They don’t have keys for that year - decided to ask about an oil change. The service desk said about an hour wait, but didn’t take that long. The computer system had trouble wit a car this old, but the Rep was very polite , apologetic - great service

Spent days working out a deal with these guys, an hour

Spent days working out a deal with these guys, an hour after I agreed to a deal and offered to leave a deposit I was told that another salesman sold the truck I had a deal on. Huge waste of time and effort, common tactic with shady dealerships. Been getting the silent treatment since. Also note that this dealership shows discounts on their cars but inflate the price with useless add ons, however this seems to be the norm for Chevy dealerships in the region. If you ever deal with this dealership consider that you’re probably wasting your time.

We’ve always had a great service experience here on our

We’ve always had a great service experience here on our 2018 GMC Yukon XL. Most recently they took care of a battery warranty issue. The battery they installed died after 3 year but had a 55 month warranty. Not only did they give me a new one, but after setting expectation that I would pay for installation, surprised me by honestly revealing installation is also covered. I haven’t bought a vehicle here but would in the future. Car dealership reviews are probably similar restaurant reviews now. Happy people don’t review just keep going back, and unhappy people get a kick out of unfair reviews over the smallest thing. For example, love the car, service is great, but when I stopped by to see if they could check my car because check engine light is on, they said I need to make an appointment! 2 stars

My experience with one of your CPO Suburbans, has not

My experience with one of your CPO Suburbans, has not been good. -Car not detailed at delivery -2weeks after delivery, battery died,-we had to replace -Less than 1K after warranty ran out, needed to replace front struts, no assistance w/ this -Right front running lights burned out, need to replace whole assembly, instead of bulb -radio valve stems quit -front A/C needed 2 fixes -now, rear condensation coil needs replaced. Beware buying used cars from Heiste!

TRUCK IN SEVERAL TIMES TO SERVICE AND ALWAYS COMES BACK

TRUCK IN SEVERAL TIMES TO SERVICE AND ALWAYS COMES BACK WITH A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE MECHANICS THERE TOO MANY ISSUES AND ALWAYS LEAVE SOMETHING WRONG THEY DID TIRE ROTATION AND 3 OF MY LUG NUTS FELL OFF CALLED THEM AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY DID NOT EVEN FEEL LIKE THEY GIVE A FLYING **** IF THEY WOULD OF LEFT ALL THE NUT LOOSE I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ALSO THE OIL HAS ALWAYS BEEN SERVICED THERE SINCE I BOUGHT IT AND I ALWAYS HAVE HAD ISSUES WHEN THEY SERVICE IT I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER VEHICLE THEY SERVICED BEFORE A TRIP AND HALF WAY ON MY TRIP VEHICLE SHUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY THEY HAD NOT PUT A CABLE BACK ALL THE WAY AND JUST LEFT IT THERE ALMOST OFF AND WITH ALL THE MOVEMENT FROM THE ROAD IT FINALLY CAME LOOSE CAUSING VEHICLE TO SHUT OFF I CAN GO ON AND ON. IT HAS BEEN A REAL HASSLE I DONT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF MECHANICS THEY HAVE THERE BUT NOT FOLLOWING PROCESS THEY SHOULD HAVE A CHECKLIST IN PLACE WHEN THEY DO TIRE ROTATIONS AND OIL CHANGES. NOW I AM HERE MY ENGINE IS MESSED UP BECUASE THEY NEGLECTED TO FIX THE ISSUE THE RIGHT WAY AND NOW THEY WILL NOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY. SO MUCH FOR THE ENGINE GUARANTEE THAT THEY PROMISE.
