Great Customer Service at Hiester Chevrolet

I'm changing my dealership after 18 years from Hendrick Cary to John Hiester. Howard Moore at Hiester Fuquay-Varine did a great job finding and delivering a very specific 2015 Tahoe LT for my wife, and the entire staff at Hiester Chevrolet gave me great customer service from the minute I walked in the door.

What an awesome team!

What an awesome car buying experience! Everyone on the entire team was extremely friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Cruze on down to Heister! Super Nice!

I felt like the service people at the dealership went above and beyond. I was impressed how they handled the service requirement in cooperation with Carmax to fix the car with GM parts

Best Experience Buying a car

This is the second car I bought off of Fernando since March. 1st one was 2010 Camaro and the 2nd was for my wife a 2015 Equinox. We just moved to NC and will definitely be purchasing our cars from John Heister Chevrolet.

Pleasurable time.

The experience couldn't have been better from service at the door to leaving with a thank you note and mint! Servicing time much improved, and everyone had a "hi" and smile. The trip was a pleasure (except for the bill, but I'm sure most people agree that always hurts for a little while.)

In and out quickly

It's never good when it costs you money, work was done in a good amount of time and cost less than originally quoted. This is only the 2nd Summer I've had this car, since I bought it with 28,000 miles on it but still new in 2013 the warranty was out and was not happy about the serpentine belt having to be replaced already. The purpose to buying a new car was to not have to put any money into it for 3-4 years. I've already had to replace all 4 tires too so the next new car I will put more thought into.

Easy Quick & Fair

Howard Moore was fantastic with this transaction. He made us aware of all the incentives that were being offered in detail. He treated us fairly and went out of his way to make the purchase quick and easy. He was knowledgeable about the car's features and was great in getting the car in top shape before we drove it off the lot, by having it cleaned, a few areas buffed out and a full tank of gas. We will definitely go back to John Hiester and Howard Moore when we are ready to buy another car.
