Alejandro was great at Hendricks Toyota of Apex! Not the ?typical car salesman?. Smooth process. Worth the drive to Apex! The ?warranty? packages offered by finance office were a joke though! Don?t get wrapped up in the monthly payment-ask for the warranty pricing (one was $17k)!

Jamie Holley assisted us in the purchase of a used car. We'd had in mind what we needed, had shopped several dealerships without success, and while looking over the inventory at Hendrick, found vehicles close to what we wanted, but were higher in price than we were willing to go. I jokingly said that if they could meet the price we had in mind, we'd purchase. Without skipping a beat, Jamie said it wouldn't hurt to ask, and an hour and a half later I was driving off in a vehicle with a benefits package on top of what other dealerships seemed to think was an impossible offer.

My 2022 Tundra broke down with multiple malfunction messages. Thankfully we were able to safely pull into a gas station. Just after the dealership closed for the day and seven hours later our tow truck pulled into Hendrick Toyota. In the morning, I was assigned Patrick Meece as my Service Advisor. Patrick turned out to be a blessing. He was diligent at keeping me in the loop throughout the process. The issue turned out to be caused by an intermittent wire/connector going to the Transmission Range Sensor (TRS). With plans for a long-range travel trailer trip, I was hesitant to accept the diagnosis. Patrick assured me that the vehicle was now road ready. He was right. With a two-day turnaround on the repair and coverage under warranty, I am very pleased. Patrick did great managing my expectations. Kudos to him.
