Yesterday's visit for fuel injection cleaning, induction, & radiator flush for my 2019 RAV4 went perfectly, in spite of Service Department relocation outside the main building due to construction. When I arrived for my appointment, they explained what they'd do, gave me an estimate, and directed me to a comfy, clean lounge area to wait about 2 hours. They texted updates. They finished early. I paid inside, sat outside briefly to wait, and they brought the car. Signs to get around were clear. Waiting area had fancy coffee/tea/hot chocolate, water, and a vending machine, as well as a quiet area (no tv), a small children's area, and cafe tables. People who work there were welcoming, which made me feel seen and safe. I want to add my previous visit was not so good but I believed, after 5 years of regular maintenance visits, that was unusual. I'm super glad I came back. Good job!

We worked with Raymone to find a Corolla for our son. We started off looking at Civics and Corolla’s. My son really wanted the Civic but we were not able to get it at a price we wanted. So, we ended up with the Corolla because it was a better deal. We also had a better experience at the Toyota dealership.

I just got a car from Raymone this week. I thought I wanted a Tundra but it was a lot bigger than I thought. So, I ended up with a Tacoma. I’m very happy with the smoke gray color.

I just bought a brand new Toyota Tundra from Chandler. Chandler is a very good consultative salesperson. He asks really good questions and understands what my needs are based on the use I have for the truck I bought. As a professional sales trainer, I can say that his questioning skills and his listening skills are fantastic and he ties all of the options that he brings to the table back to the needs of the customer. I seriously came in just to look, and I drove away with a new truck. I recommend him to anybody because he’s easy-going, no pressure, very polite, and extremely professional. He knows the products well and he knows what he’s talking about with any question you have about any of the features of the truck you’re buying. If that’s not enough, we also had to do all of our paperwork with Kyle. Great sense of humor, Very knowledgeable, and explains everything that we are signing as we go through it. I had one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had at this store today. I recommend that store to anybody.

My husband and I bought a truck from Chandler today. We truly had an exceptional experience with him! Often times you feel uncomfortable with a sales person and buy a car is a big decision. Chandler wasn’t pushy and was very honest. He was great at coaching which model suited our needs. Once we were handed off to Kyle in finance, he did a fantastic job as well determining what was best options were.
