I recently purchased two cars from Rochester Imports and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Bill was incredibly kind, honest, and never once pushy—something that really stood out compared to other dealerships. He gave us plenty of time and freedom to test drive every car we were interested in, which made the process feel comfortable and low-pressure. On top of that, he worked quickly and efficiently around our schedule to get everything finalized, which we really appreciated. Their selection of used cars is great, and their customer service is even better. We will definitely be referring friends and will absolutely be purchasing from Bill again in the future. I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review because I had never been to Bill before, and it’s a used car place, you never know! First of all, the buying process was absolutely fantastic! Bill was so kind and easy going. We went through some issues with our bank and he kindly kept the car for us while we waited. Once approved, we went up there to get the vehicle on, get this, Thanksgiving!! That’s right, Bill took time out of his holiday to make sure we had the keys in hand. Great price, great car, and great guy!! I would recommend Bill to anyone!! Thanks Bill!! 😊

I inquired about a vehicle this past Tuesday evening (Nov 19th) and Wednesday morning (Nov 20th) Bill called me back. We set up a time for today (Nov 23rd) and I got there at 9:15a and had ny new to me vehicle all complete by 10:30a and driving out of the parking lot! Thank you Bill!

He was very nice and let me know everything I needed to know, and patient with me.

Never heard anything back since inquired. Still interested in the truck, but again haven't heard anything back from the dealer.

Great experience. Stopped in without appointment and test drove 2 cars right away. Decided to buy and Bill made the paperwork easy and convenient. Great communication throughout getting loan, insurance, and DMV paperwork done. Had car home same day, actually within a couple hours.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Recently reached out about 3 vehicles on Bill's lot. Bill told me that all three were super, great used cars. One of the cars on the website stated that the vehicle had NO ACCIDENTS, then the next day I was on Truecar and the same car listed it as "HAS BEEN IN AT LEAST 1 ACCIDENT" When I arrived for my test drive appointment Bill I asked whether or not the car had been in an accident and explained why I was asking. Bill's response was "Yeah it has but it has no structural damage and you shouldn't not consider a car just because it has been in an accident." My son and I went to test drive the 3 vehicles that he was interested in. To keep this short ALL 3 cars were NOT even driveable. The first car we took (which was our #1 choice) we were told it was a GREAT car. As soon as we pulled out of the lot I knew it was almost undrivable. The steering was so loose and I had to fight to keep the car on the rode as it was pulling to the right horribly. Then every time we stopped the car shook and made a noise that I can only describe as a jack hammer. We drove the car around a couple blocks and went right back because it wasn't safe to be on the rode. The second car I backed it up and that is as far as I got as the gear shift was broken and it had to be held in place in order to drive. Finally the last car which was the one that had been in an accident but not mentioned on Bill's website, AND according to Bill "Had NO structural damage!" we didn't even start it because when we got in and my son tried to close the passenger door...IT WOULDN'T CLOSE! The door was legitimately broken. I thought something was weird because it was already unlocked. No structural damage??? Flat out LIE! In a nut shell, Bill is a very dishonest salesman and the cars on his lot are not worth your hard earned money. Stay away from Rochester Imports as you will be scammed and for sure buy a lemon.

I wouldn’t trust this dealership. I spent a week trying to communicate with them and when I got a message and phone call to purchase the truck I was ghosted and ignored for almost 2 days. Then I was told that the truck was going to be sold to someone else and that he felt bad because someone in the situation would feel cheated. Well, that’s obvious when you promise everyone the world and can’t deliver on peanuts. Overall it was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone because my time was wasted and that’s one thing in life I’ll never get back. I only wish there were men of their word left in this world and it wasn’t full of shady individuals. Be careful doing business with this company or anyone that works there. No one is given the proper training, false promises and gimmicks. Don’t be fooled

Bought the car cash, the owner was great! I even forgot the title of my old car and he still let me go back home and get it and bring it back without any type of hassle, Also said that if I have any problems with the car I can bring it back and he will make it right! So far I love the car! <3
