Paul was able to not only get us the perfect car but also got us into a car loan that is affordable. Paul was such a pleasure to work with. He makes you feel like family just an all around great guy and business. Also if Paul can’t help you in Andover there is also the Lafayette location where Derrick and Jeff are also fantastic 10 stars not just 5

I have been taking my 2006 sedan to Lafayette Motors for more than three years - they always are honest and do great work! I would recommend them wholeheartedly.... the 2006 sedan finally needed more repairs that I thought it was worth and we traded it in and purchased a new "used" vehicle from Lafayette Motors ... they offered me a very fair trade-in value and helped secure financing for the new vehicle. Love my new used car!!!

We just bought our daughter a "new to us" Honda Civic from here. It's nice to finally have an honest dealer. This is the first place I've been to that doesn't charge any so called Doc fee ... They had financing and made the purchase quick and easy. Thanks guys! Kerri

They sold me a lemon of a car. Didn't even last. Year / 20,000 miles. The car had 89k on it, the trunk pop didn't work, all I had was problems with the car. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

We have had almost 2000 satisfied customers since we started in business and Judy R.(the only customer we could not make happy-even though she didn't put her name on her complaint-we know who it is)purchased a car from us April of 2013, a month later, she took the car to a car wash and the car wash pulled of the corner of the bumper. Nothing to do with us, but we told her if she paid for the bumper we would paint it and put it on free of charge as a good will gesture. That was not good enough for her. Every time she had a complaint, we would address it, but our efforts were never enough. We offered to trade her out of the car into something else, but she always chose cars she could not afford. Finally she stopped paying the loan and the bank repossessed the car.(that is why it didn't make it a year as she states in her complaint) and when they came to repossess it, she threw bricks at the car and the tow truck driver. We had to document all of her irrational actions. Judy R. feels the need to harass us and our business. We make every attempt to keep our customers happy and keep our excellent reputation, but unfortunately, you cannot please everyone.
