My experience with Virginia Auto Trader Co. (“VAATCO”) was great! I learned about VAATCO through my insurance company USAA. I’ve been with USAA for more than 30 years and they have never steered me wrong; so, I really trust them! The moment I called, I spoke with Angel. He truly is an angel. 😇 We arranged an appointment for me to look at a 2008 Honda Pilot. Due to a few postponements, Angel was very kind and understanding about rescheduling my appointments to see the Honda Pilot. The Honda Pilot handled very well during the test drive. Angel was well versed about the Honda and was able to answer any questions we asked. The application process was a breeze! The Finance Department was so enlightening. Dwight was awesome. He was so knowledgeable about the finance process and credit building. I learned so many things and the next thing I knew, I was being handed the keys to my new car! The only suggestion I have is one from my father. That is installing a space heater or a radiator in the waiting room to provide warmth for customers in that area. Words cannot express how fortunate I feel about meeting the gentlemen at VAATCO. Each person is so polite and knowledgeable about their section of the automobile business. The office runs like a “well oiled machine.” In the end, VAATCO feels like family and I would recommend them every time to everyone I know!

Excellent customer service - unmatched really. Check them out for sure if you are looking. They took special efforts to make sure our car buying experience went smoothly and that we were happy with the purchase - and we are. They have some beautiful cars! Important warning to potential car buyers - do not consider doing business with Virginia Auto Trader Co. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle from them two weeks ago and it has been a nightmare. Not only did they sell a bad car they were not honest about work done to the vehicle and have not made any meaningful attempt to resolve the issues I would hate for anyone else to have to endure this kind of treatment and suffer the financial hardship we are experiencing as a result of their unethical business practices.

DISHONEST DEALER! We recently purchased a car from Virginia Auto Trader Co. Huge mistake. We went through the USAA buying service and thought that somehow that gave the dealership some level of credibility. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The dealership LIED about making a repair on the vehicle. Consequently, the car did not pass inspection (they ensured and has significant and costly problems. We contacted the General Manager, Jafar Rafai, to discuss the issue and give the dealership a chance to make the situation right. After 2 conversations, he committed to getting back to us about the issue the next day by 1pm. Four days and counting and still no call back. Since then we have learned that they even LIED about changing the oil in the car. What kind of dealership doesn’t bother to change the oil in a car they are selling and then lies about it? The scumiest kind. This dealership clearly has no integrity will stoop to the lowest levels of deceit to sell a vehicle that has significant issues. Potential buyers …do yourself a favor and run away from this dealership (or any R&R Automotive Group, Inc. company owned by Sadique Sultany) as fast as you can. Rating: -10 / 10 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Flew up from Florida to purchase the car. Car was exactly as advertised. They were professional and honest. I bought the car and then registered in Ma. The management assisted me with the paperwork working directly with my insurance agent to get this done. Unbelievable in their caring and expertise in handling this process. I drove the car from VA to MA and it ran fantastic. I worked with the owner Sadique and sales agent Medhi. Both were super to deal with. VATCO is an honest dealership.

I drove 150 miles looking for a Jag XK8, because they had more than one to look at. First the very good: everyone here was extremely helpful and friendly. I found what I was looking for, the car I purchased is in excellent condition, and I was able to get it for a reasonable price. Now the not so good: the other car I was interested in needed significant repairs to even be able to drive it home. To be fair, they were more than willing to fix the car (and even already had the new tires it needed). If I lived locally and was easily able to make multiple trips, this might not have been a problem. But it was a little disappointing the second car would have been much more of a hassle to purchase. If you're travelling any distance to this lot, call first to make sure what you're interested in is ready to be sold.

5+ stars across the board for Virginia Auto Trader, service, professionalism, being truthful and real with you (no put-ons or cliche sales pitch talk here!) AND I cannot emphasize enough how over and above they go to get you financed. I was turned down by NUMEROUS places that advertised that they could help with bad credit. I wish I would have gone here right from the start. Mehdi was very resourceful and honest in helping with the process, and the finance manager STELLAR in his efforts and being thorough. Just got the car today and I cannot be happier, and will always go to them from now on, and will send my daughters there when they go to buy. Love this place so much, no exaggeration, believe me!

They sold me a car that has some fan installed for what appears to be an overheating issue. They did not tell me about it until right when I was driving off and the car was paid for. The owner denies that there is any issue with the vehicle however for an emergency fan to be installed there has to be an issue and clearly something is becoming too hot. I have been calling for 3 weeks he never calls back. I understand used cars have issues however such major issues should be revealed to the customer otherwise it is a unfair dishonest deal. He pretended to be this upstanding honest guy and even used his religion to support his character and that was all a ruse. He looked me in my eyes and had no problem lying to me while I was with my children simply trying to buy a car. What type of man gets over on a woman with her children buying a car.
