Jim Gile new exactly what my wife and I needed, I guess because he is a good listener. He had a used 2010 Honda Civic that was perfect for our 31 year old son that we were helping him in hard times . We only looked at that car as we liked it so much even came with a great warranty, It was the car we needed. Jim keep us informed the hole time we were waiting. He even made me a cup of coffee the way he like it and I did too. He wasn't xxxxxxx up to me just being kind. He showed my wife a empty lot where she could get used to the car before driving it home. just seemed like he thought of everything. Thanks Jim The Richardson's Ken and Val

We found Toyota of Cool Springs to be an excellent dealership. Carlos Griffin found the exact vehicle we were looking for and brought it in from out of state. Cool Springs Toyota
My experience at Toyota of Cool Springs was wonderful. Danny and Pat made my used car browsing experience smooth and easy, offering insight into features and coverage for vehicles of different ages. Their limited lifetime warranty that extends to certified pre-owned vehicles is a great perk, as it covers powertrain issues for the duration of your ownership (a warranty that I haven't seen beat by any other Nashville area dealers). While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Cool Springs, their cordial staff and impressive new and used selection made a good impact on me and I would certainly encourage anyone to stop in for a look.

Got just the car we wanted
April was our sales person and when did a very good job. She explained everything well. When we bought the car she demonstrated how to use the new things on our new car that we were new to. Real happy with our new car.

Jim was the best
Like the title said Jim was the absolute best, I had a tonne of questions and he had all the answers. From the test drive to the last signature everyone at Toyota of cool springs was great!
