My 2013 Chevy Equinox purchase

This is the 2nd vehicle that my husband & I purchased in a 6 month period from Larry, @ Dyer Chevrolet. He is by far the most outstanding salesman we have ever dealt with. Larry truly helps his customers to find or achieve exactly what they are looking for. He is extremely friendly, and more importantly he listens to what you tell him your goals are. I will recommend Larry to everyone & anyone shopping for a Chevy, Mazda or Subaru @ Dyer. I also have to commend how friendly the entire staff of Dyer is. They truly treat each customer as if we were family. Mr Sanchez was also very kind to us when finalizing all of our paperwork to make the sale final. He was straightforward and honest. He addressed one of our concerns re: our monthly payment installments, in which he helped to our advantage. We thank Larry & Mr Sanchez so very much, and we are extremely satisfied with our most recent purchase of our 2013 Equinox. We love our new car, along with our 2013 Camaro that we purchased from Larry last October. Larry Eagan is one of Dyer Chevrolet's biggest asset.

My new Equinox

I purchased a new Equinox last week. Love it!! I had a great salesman. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Very nice place.

WAITING FOR 2014 CHEVROLET IMPALA

THE REVIEW TITLE SAYS IT ALL. I BOUGHT MY 2011 CHEVROLET IMPALA LTZ FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND IF THEY MAKE THE SAME OFFER I WOULD DEFINITRLY GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. THE DEALERSHIP IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!

Pick up new vehicle

when we arrived to pick up our new Avalanch at our appoinated time sales people were to busy to spend the required time to show us some of the features on our new vehicle.when we did question a certain price on our bill the person they sent us to seemed put out that he had to explain to us about the difference in the licence/registration fee.we also found some chips in the paint when going over the vehicle.

new car purchase

I started looking on the internet for a car and used the DYRE website . I went to the dealler and it was a pinless process to make the deal and leave with the car in less than 4 hours

My last car I purchased from bob steel chev. They made the customer,me, feel really good by giving me a wrapped present when I made my mind up to buy their car. As a congratulation, thank you gift. Do you know what is was? A chvrolet hat.. and I still have it..when I asked Joe sanchez if I got a hat, he gave me an empty dyer bag. :( JUST MAKING A SUGGESTION...I Also Larry Eagan was great for our salesman.

Service Experience

It had been a little over 18 months since I had been at Dyer Chevrolet. WOW, what a difference from my last visit. The building had been remodeled. Everyone was very polite and helpful. While my 2006 Corvette was being serviced, I spent some time in the show room. The sales staff was very polite and not pushie. I will definately be back and Dyer will be considered when my wive and I purchase our next car.
