diana hedin is very professional and courteous. made my first experience a great one. i recommend her to anyone, especially a first time buyer. (had to write another review because i missed a question on the first one)

Jorge was very professional and friendly from the second we entered the dealership. We told him what we were looking for, and he gave us several options right away. He even gave us a website to check out for certified pre-owned cars on their way from the manufacturer that hadn't arrived at the dealer yet to see if we would be interested in any of those cars. He kept in touch with us throughout the process and even sent me a text message picture of my car cleaned and ready to be picked up. He went over all the features of the car with us- even though it was pouring rain to get to get to the car! I would highly recommend this dealership and Jorge in particular.

I had a great experience getting my car. After I called Staten Island dealer and had the worst customer service, I contacted bay ridge and it was the ideal experience. they provided great communications and didn't B.S at all. We had a great experience buying our first car with Andrew, we did our research ahead of time and new what car we wanted and had a number in mind. Andrew is very friendly, extremely accessible and knowledgable. He made the experience quick and easy and that's what we were looking for. Highly recommend getting your first or any car from him. I have visited 6 different car dealers before I found this one and I got to tell you, I am glad I found them! None of the other dealers cared if I buy a car or not. They seemed like, they didn't care. I just dont get that. Anyways. I walked in to Bay ridge Volkswagen and I felt welcomed. I dealt with Jorge. He was very nice, knowledgeable,professional and HONEST! After the back and forth negotiation, I have decided to lease a brand new CC. ( you got me Jorge :)) It is beautiful. Paper work was easy. David walked me through the details, signed and done! BUT there was a little problem with the car (blamed the factory of course, sometimes it happens). Put the car in the service ( also very nice people) they told me it would be a day or two. I told this to David. You know what he did? He got me a new CC. Same one. Same deal. He didn't have to do that but he wanted to and I am really happy with the outcome. I will be a very loyal costumer to you both from now on not just because how you handled the problem but also you two both show me how selling car job should be done! Well done! I wanted to just let everyone know how professional every member of service department at Bay Ridge Volkswagen is. I needed to get new brake pads on my VW Jetta. I was provided a loaner car so that I could leave my car with them and still have transportation to get to work. My car was done in no time and the squeaking is gone! Thank you for fixing my vehicle and everyone was so nice, it was a pleasant surprise. I will continue to bring my car in for service here and will recommend them to all my friends! I had a great experience at Bay Ridge VW! From Rico's stellar customer service to Jorge's patience and incredible knowledge of the the vehicles to David's number crunching skills, this team worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. They even picked me up at the junkyard where I put my old Volvo to rest. I would highly recommend this dealership as after dealing with several others in the area, only they where able to get me the price that I was holding out for. Thanks BRVW!!!

I had a great experience dealing with Jorge Quezada. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He continued to reach out to me and try to answer any questions, I may have had. I gave the dealership a rating of a 5 because of the helpful and friendly atmosphere. They also worked with me on pricing, which a lot of dealerships do not do.
