Bunch of scammers and thief’s, they took almost 3 months
Bunch of scammers and thief’s, they took almost 3 months to pay me off on my trade-in dodged multiple calls. Text messages lied to me in person telling me they’ll have a check ready for me multiple times also I need to mention the vehicle I traded in had parts stripped off of it and swapped with another identical vehicle that an employee owned, they proceeded to sell my car which they hadn’t paid me for yet with swapped parts that aren’t even part of the spec. Anyone can look up that car and see that it’s missing specific dealer options. Theres only one manager in this dealer I can say is honest his names Erick I appreciate his help. everyone els can eat xxxx.

I literally bought my 2023 audi e-tron from this
I literally bought my 2023 audi e-tron from this unprofessional company and they sold me a vehicle with a plug in the tire, inspection light on, 3 recalls on the vehicle and my brake malfunction on the freeway. I give these people scam of the year. No one calls me back. They constantly send me to voicemail. I have yet to speak with a professional that does their job. Jonathan Schwartz the General Manager is never ever there. He has these delinquents running the show without him. Very unprofessional. BEWARE. DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM!!! NOTHING!!! THEY ALMOST KILLED ME AND NOT RETURNING NONE OF MY CALLS

RW VNCDJR is the worst dealer in America!
RW VNCDJR is the worst dealer in America! I sued and won a settlement of $159,000 from CDJR, after they sold me a dangerous Lemon and made no effort to repair it despite repeated visits. I was sent by CDJR Corp. to the CDRJ Simi Valley dealership to finally get a real evaluation of the problems & defects. The Simi Valley CDJR techs took the vehicle for a real-world test drive and realized the vehicle was unsafe. Despit this CDJR Corp. still refused to return my funds and take the vehicle back. Two and a half years later, they settled and took back the vehicle and paid a settlement that was over 3 times what I origianlly paid RW VN CDJR. Don't buy from Russel Westbrook's VN CDJR! Go buy an Electric car from Honda, Lucid or Polestar instead.

Hello Jonathan, RW VN CDJR is only concernd now that a settlement to avoid a major loss in court was tendered, literally on the courthouse steps. No attempt was ever made by RW VN CDJR to dismiss service workers who bold faced lied; about performing a serious test drive to determine the very real and dangerous problems easliy identified by the Simi Valley CDJR dealership techs and service reps (who were top notch and honest unlike RW VN CDRS's). No attempt was ever made to take back the vehicle and return my funds (despite complaints over a 2-year period). No contact from any Manager within the dealership was ever extended to my person, despite my many contacts with RW VN CDJR. No attempt to compensate me directly for my loses from RW VN CDJR, who instead chose to hid behind a litaney of denials and obfuscation. Until I am compensated directly by Russel Westbrook & VN CDJR persoanlly for some tens of thousands of dollars, for an accident involving this RW VN CDJR lemon, which only after a lawsuit that lasted over 2 years, was I absolved as the responsible party, due to multiple manufacturer defects and RW VN CDJR's inability to detect them and correct them despite numerous attempts, hence the $159,000 dollar settlement by CDJR Corp (FAC). If I was you Jonathan, I would come up with a 5 figure number to offer the abused and neglected party, however that would require Russell Westbrook himself and the VN CDJR dealership behaving like "Old Time" Americans and doing the right thing and making a seperate settlement offer to myself. I am not holding my breath, that any such renumeration will be forthcoming from Russell Westbrook or the dealership that carries his name. Until I am financailly compensated directly by RW VN CDJR, I will continue to use the internet as a bullhorn to stay away from all CDJR products & RW VN CDJR. In a word, this is how Russell Westbrook and VN CDJR treat returning clients (this Jeep Grand Cherokee was the 2nd $50K vehicle I purchased from the dealership within 4 years). That word is "Sucks!" Standing by for a cash offer from RW VN CDJR to make this right, or you can expect more of these "Reviews" of your crooked dealership. Sold my 2014 Lexus ES350 back in August of 2024 (2 months ago), and purchased a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Dealership failed to completed the "Release of Liability" paperwork, and i have been getting charged for toll fees non-stop to whomever they sold the vehicle to, because they couldn't file the appropriate paperwork within the appropriate time frame. I've attempted to contact Selena, General managers asst.), but issue still hasn't been resolved and phone calls aren't being returned by her or her staff.

There is no excuse for this paperwork not being processed, when the vehicle was sold to your dealership 2 months ago. NOW I’m stuck with a toll bill that has nothing to do with me, because of your dealerships negligence !
This was an absolute scam.
This was an absolute scam. I was taken advantage of at the Van Nuys location. I went in for a tune-up on Monday, September 16th where Hector told me that I’d need to rent a car before my car was even looked at. That was the first red flag. I thought I’d be getting an oil change and maybe new tires. What happened next was that I couldn’t get in touch with anyone for 4 days while I was also renting a car…Finally on Friday, September 20th, I was told that I needed a brake job. I then received a text from Hector asking me where my wheel locks were, which seemed suspicious. I thought during these last 4 days they would have already given me an oil change, checked my car, looked at the tires, and done the work. Instead, I finally have Hector reach out to say what needed to be done 4 days later. Obviously they hadn’t given my car a diagnostics check until that Friday morning, meaning they held it for 4 whole days of which I was paying for a rental. To my shock, when I received my car, the tires were not looked at (which I do need new tires), I didn’t get an oil change, and the price was outrageous. I was charged over $2,100 with $900 of that being labor alone, just for a brake job. I will never be returning.
