What’s the point in taking my car to get “fixed” if it was given to me back with the same issue. Twice. Then not being helped properly by the department and always being put on hold or being clicked on.

This dealership provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. The staff is very rude, and acted as if I was putting some massive amount of stress on them by bringing my buisness to this location. Upon arrival at least 6 employees were sitting at their windows on their phones.. not one of them looked up to great me or offer assistance until I said "can I please have some help". I will never bring my vehicle to the Russell Westbrook location again.

Ray at Russell Westbrook Jeep was excellent at getting me the exact Jeep I was looking for. He provided all the resources needed to answer all my questions about the Jeep models and was very responsive when I contacted him with questions. Service advisor was very rude when dropping off and picking up, did not communicate when the vehicle was ready. When picking up vehicle other employee refused to help.

It was a very fast and easy transaction, getting in line, said what had to be done, and last but no least wait for them to finish...

Horrendous service - terribly inattentive - complete lack of knowledge of work flow - insecure representative - zero care - made my car worse - will never come back here again.
