I've bought cars for over 30 years in my hometown. So when I decided to go to an 'out of town' dealership to get the car I wanted, and not knowing anyone I'd be talking with, I was apprehensive. I have to say: buying a Kona from Hatchett Hyundai was the best experience I've ever had. I called the Finance Manager at noon, and picked up my car at 5pm. Every person I met was friendly, professional, and most important to me, genuine. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend Zac Wiggins in Sales, along with the entire team. I have been a customer since 2008 and highly recommend Hatchett Hyundai East! I first purchased the 2009 Hyundai Sonata from Steve Parrett. I had shopped Toyota, Honda and Nissan at the time but felt that Steve was the most customer service focused which represented the brand of Hyundai well. This year, I was ready to buy a new car and was pleased to know that Steve was still at Hyundai. I was very happy with my purchase of a Hyundai as the service department had treated me well over the 10 years of having the Sonata. Steve was my go-to person and I recently purchased the 2019 Santa Fe. Steve is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helpful. Additionally, Steve is just a nice guy that is a pleasure to talk to.
