Excellent quality cars and well priced. Came from out of the area, so did a lot via text/email. Excellent communication with no pressure sales. Quickest paperwork process ever! Will definitely recommend to my Bay area friends.

Be careful and have your vehicle inspected before purchase. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. Even sell you something unsafe like a car with bald tires but tell you the “mechanic” said everything “ looks great” buyer beware… make sure whatever they tell you is put in writing otherwise you’ll have a costly bill just to make sure the vehicle is legal to drive…

I bought a 2016 Mercedes GL450 from this dealer. As it turns out, the dealer and previous owner were aware that the turbo chargers were blown and needed replacement. DO NOT BUY from this dealer without fully testing the vehicle by a professional. They manage to make the vehicle look far better than they are. I had to pay $5,700 to repair a defect they knew was in the vehicle but didn't disclose. Bad people

After finding my dream car at North State Auto. I went in to take a look. I was happy with the condition of the car so I sat down with Tim to see if we could make a deal. He was easy to work with and got me a good interest rate on my loan. The process was easy and to be honest was a lot faster than I expected. I have had my vehicle now for 6 months and I could not be more happy with my decision. P.S. I love looking on their website at all the beautiful cars for sale. Keep rockin North State Auto.

they do not work with customers on car prices your better off going to a real dealership and buying a car from the real dealership

Tried to get more information on a vehicle they had available. Eventually received a response from an associate who was clearly uninterested in working with me as I never heard back from him after that. Not a big deal just an FYI for out of state buyers that it may be a bit difficult.

I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. Thank you guys again for everything.

My friend took me here to look at cars with him. I was surprised at the amazing selection and was very happy to see that there were a lot of options when it came to cars. I honestly wasn't expecting to buy anything! I ended up finding a car that I really liked. I was able to test drive it and the price was just what I was willing to pay. I was happy with the customer service and everything that was offered to me! I would highly recommend this place.
