    Service advisor committed to call and provide an update/estimate for when vehicle would be ready. Service advisor never called. Had to call in 5 times... to reach my service advisor and he had no status information. Kept being transferred around and put on hold when attempting to reach SA. Call was dropped on two separate occasions. Asked to speak with the Service Manager twice. Was told the Service Manager was unavailable. Left message and he never returned my call. Was promised the car on 3 different days and still car is not ready. Was told they ordered wrong part the first day. Told the wrong part arrived again on second day. Told it would only take 4 hours to complete the repair on third day, but as of the end of the day they had not gotten around to working on the car. This is the second time I brought the car into the dealership for warranty repairs....the same repairs that were not properly done the first time...several months earlier. Hated the thought of having to go back to this dealership, but had to because warranty was about to expire. Would be happy to talk with dealership management if they care. Just can't reach them. This is no way to run a business. Their new car prices are good when they have a sale. Stay clear of this dealership if you need repairs.

    Great experience, service manager was clear, concise, and courteous. Understood what my daughter and I needed and the job was done in a timely manner.... Don’t think a car wash was done, inside nor outside was cleaned.

    Hello, my name is Nicie Prince a member of Orleans Parish Sheriff Office. I am writing to you because I would not want any other woman to go through what... I went through. I came in your shop March 30, 2019 and April 1, 2019 for trade in. The way I was handled was like a clueless woman who did not know nothing about buying a car. Pierre your salesperson said insults to make me feel very uncomfortable that I don't want to step foot in your shop again. I feel humiliated. Pierre said these insults in no particular order. It is very rude and unprofessional, as a salesperson you should never inquiry about someone life, money, job or family. I have purchase a car before. He just seen I came in alone so he tried to get over on me. Pierre even drove off the lot to take me to chase bank which I thought was weird. Pierre also touch me on my body while in a Nissan kick. On April 1, 2019 I learned the man handling my deal was not in the shop so why would Pierre failed to tell me this information? Insults You make a nice income. What do you do with all your money? How much you paid in rent oh that is nothing. How much you have in your account? I said $3,000 dollars he said I think your bluffing because if I had $3,000 dollars and I wanted a new car I would get it. Let me see your account I bet you is like four dollars in there. Put up your account information let me see. Do you have checks for your chase account, I am asking because I was a banker for eight years, I have four account even if I had zero in them I could still write a check. You don't have no family down here nobody he says, where is your boyfriend? Where is your sugar daddy? You don't have a man because your stingy! Do you want the Nissan kick or not matter of fact you can take the Nissan Sentra because it matches the value of your 2014 Kia forte sedan ex. What do you do at Orleans Parish Sheriff Office I bet the inmates are nasty? Your little they don't be trying to fight you do they? You have oily skin. You have a used car at that your car is raggedy and damage so that does not help in the process Pierre does not need to be working there. I will be contacting my attorney. I will also be needed Pierre last name too. No salesperson should never have attempted to drive someone to the bank and get a check. Pierre touch me, withheld information also harassed me. I am going to make sure he does not work as a salesperson at all. Pierre also ran my mother information nevertheless he said the car was going to be in my name. Remind you when you run people credit that how inquiries build up. A truthful person will own up to what they do always. If I had recordings, I would not mind let you listening

    I was pleased with the service - They finished faster than they said, and even washed my car. One thing I did not like - they turned my headlights from... Auto to Off and I didn't discover it until the next night when I started driving with no headlights.

    I live in Maryland and they use my vin in Simeone car and I called they said error and that they use my vin number and she said it wasnt my problem and... I want u guys to help me cause my carfax report shows the value for low
