It all started with some hesitation and many doubts- Based on a large number of prior dealings with dealerships before- Besides my personal buying experiences in the past (some not really good) , part of my work responsibilities require that I constantly have to deal with (mostly local) dealerships . I manage property and high end Residential, often involves dealing with Land Rover, Mercedes , Ferrari , Audi, BMW , Toyota and of course Lexus- In my experience I have always encountered a mix of both really arrogant unprofessional service/sales personnel and some nice service/sales people.. But never have I encountered someone with the integrity/true professionalism of Jonatan Rodriguez at Lexus of New Orleans. Negotiating/Buying a car from Chicago over the phone/email could be doubtful at best, Jonatan is good at communicating but above all, and I say this with gratitude ?He is HONEST?. Which is truly a rarity on most sale departments now days. He listened to my concerns and requests - we found common ground- and he delivered in every way. When I arrived the LX570 was ready as promised/ detailed and best of all , no surprises- For a truly Profesional, Honest buying experience and a great deal give Jonatan Rodriguez a call at Lexus of New Orleans. I brought my vehicle in for some warranty work and was pleasantly surprised with the overall service that I received. My consultant, Glenn Robichaux, was on top of everything related to my service. I received phone calls from him giving me the status of my repairs and a time frame when my vehicle would be ready. I would certainly bring my vehicle back to Lexus New Orleans if additional work is required on my vehicle. I was very impressed.

My Lexus RX 350 had a flat. We could not remove the tire to fix it because another tire dealer put wheel locks on my tires but failed to supply the key.. This was not the Lexus dealer's problem but in spite of that, Sean Maloney fixed tire and obtained a new lock key. Now that is above and beyond! Thank you Sean and merry Christmas. Buddy Morris
