They worked really hard on getting me approved and wouldn't take no for an answer from the lenders. They were great at walking me through the entire process making sure I understood everything. From start to finish, my overall buying experience was very good. Although the negotiation experience was challenging in the beginning, we were able to come to a mutual agreement where we were both happy. I would've liked my vehicle to have been inspected already. However, Pride allowed me the opportunity to conduct a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) with a certified Honda mechanic, which is typically rare. I appreciate the warranty offered (which is equally rare for a small dealership). Overall, I'm pleased with the honesty, and service and recommend Pride to potential customers.

I came in to look at a 2003 Ford Escape once I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by a sales representative.He was great he answered any questions that we had and let us have a test drive.
