The service Department on 9-7-23 , very unprofessional.

The service Department on 9-7-23 , very unprofessional., I purchased a tire warranty when I purchased my car from a different Toyota, and I was told that Bohn Toyota could not honor that warranty. And wrote on the paper work for me to sign , I told her that I was not signing anything that was written on . Because that was not a part of the agreement written Toyota. And she told me if I wanted the tire replaced , I had to pay for it before she order the tire. But I have a tire warranty That I purchased on a 2021 Toyota.

The service dept from Bohn Brothers Toyota, still allows that same service writer to treat the customer poorly. Jennifer Temple. Went back in for service on my other vehicle. An oil change and again, and I waited 3hour. And all the service manager could say is she came in to help them out, So my question to him was how. If she is getting paid. And he was going to give me a free oil change. I didn’t go in for free service. I went in for quality service and to be treated as a customer wanted to be treated. And Bohn Toyota of Harvey La. Did not call me for their Poor customer service. Both times.

Greats customer survive!!

It?s was great, Mr.Phil made it easy and was flexible. Only thing was the car I purchased had no coolant in it and they worried me until I found why the engine was over heating, after than the car is amazing catches every ones eyes!!!

I called when they were open 730 and was told they could

I called when they were open 730 and was told they could not handle a tire repair. They were overbooked.. number one rule in business never turn customers away......

Unsatisfied customer

All I needed was to get my tire fixed or changed after 2 1/2 hrs didn't get nothing done and came home with a donut on my car. Come back tomorrow maybe we can get info we need from the Lady for your safeguard service contract. I didn't have a problem contacting them I don't know why they were having a problem. Also it was stated that bcuz I bought my car in MS the treatment . Shouldn't be bcuz I contacted y'all 1st never got a conversation about it. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wasn't even trying to Dickerson with the price. I get I didn't come across as a serious buyer who knows. I even mentioned that I had a pre-approval. Sent me some forms and said I needed a $1000 deposit. That was fi e but can we at least have a conversation. No follow-up. I guess y'all didn't need the sale.
