Good word.

Good word. Professional service. Guy today was new but getting there. Technicians changed my dash setup after I specifically requested they not do so and it was written on the work order by my technician. I could not undo, and that pisses me off.

Great dealership. Easy and friendly in the service department. No complaints. Super fast. Loved that they had a recording of my safety check, never see that!

My service appointment for a routine oil change was at 7:15am. Did not receive an MPI text until I approached the desk at 8:45a for a status update. After ten minutes my car was ready. Left the dealership at 9:08a.

I?m very impressed with Toyota in Harvey, LA. Devin in the service was polite, professional and he exceeded my expectations. They texted me a link to a video that showed my car being serviced. That was pretty awesome!! The link also listed what needed to be taken care of. My car was given a complete inspection; I only went there for my left rear brake light. With service like that I?m definitely a lifetime customer!! Thank you so much!!
