Car has been in the shop awaiting repairs for almost 6 months now. I call to no answer on when it will be done and arrival date on part keeps being pushed back.

Got me financed but a few things Trucks on lot need to

Got me financed but a few things Trucks on lot need to be ready to sell freaked of cigarette smoke and then was told truck had tow package it did not and lead to believe it had that option it has a 4 cylinder no power at all. Should have a return policy They didn’t even give me my sales contract. Very disappointed but my fault for being in a hurry to get the truck!! But would have wanted a v6 not the 4 cylinder

Victor was great he was very professional and helpful

Victor was great he was very professional and helpful they were very detailed with the items that needed repair . The work was completed same day and they let us know as soon as it was ready

Great experience every time I go there.

Great experience every time I go there. All of the employees are professional, friendly and honest. I leased and then bought my Rav 4. They have taken such good care of my car and me.

When I entered the facility the service agents were

When I entered the facility the service agents were engaged in there computers. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. The agent informed me someone would be with shortly. They were not as attentive.
