Low stress!

I was able to make an appointment through their website for the next day. Prompt, friendly, and transparent. They had most everything in stock, had to order 1 part but that’s understandable. Overall the whole repair experience way less stressful than anticipated.

Best Service Experience

The car service department was great. I was expecting to be there a few hours but i was out earlier than expected. Keep up the excellent work.

Beware "you people"

I went in for a oil change on July 15, 2022 and received a bill that I was disputing regarding a diagnostic test that I didn't order which cost $452.00 with an oil change . Eric Breath was the sales Manager at Bohn Toyota that I asked to speak to regarding this issue. What I was disputing was the $350.00 diagnostic charge. Once I agreed to pay the charges I didn't order , that's when he refuse my request to have the work done at Bohn Toyota. Eric said " I don't want my mechanics working behind someone else's work. After he totally disrespectd me as a female and a Black person by saying ( "You People do this all the time ,go someplace else and then want Toyota to fix it"). ( "I will never have my mechanics fix your car here again"). Side note the only service that was done to my car was an oil change . . Real story was what the mechanic diagnostic check showed was for me to get a new water pump and a new thermostat . Why the disputing on my part ? Well, prior to the visit to Bohn Toyota I went to another place to have worked done to my car.. Sooooooo what Toyota's mechanics diagnostic test showed was that i needed a new water pump and a new thermostat put in the car again. After telling Eric Breath that if his mechanics look closer and not try to take advantage of a woman they could clearly see that I had a New water pump and a new thermostat put in my car. Matters was later dissolved by Eric admitting yes the mechanics saw the new parts.. But it was what his last words to me were , " I will never have my mechanics fix your car here again). Remember the only service I had done was a oil change which I gladly paid for. As a paying Bohn Toyota customer for over 8 or more years I was very disappointed and insulted by the sale manager Eric Breath regarding how he handle the matter and what words he selected to say. So I am writing this review to warn other women as well as Black people please be aware .

Best vehicle buying experience!

Problem with the left front tire

Fast quick and to the point got the car in made the necessary repairs and was out in less than an hour. Can’t ask for more than that. Thank you Joe for taking care of it.!!!!!!!

Hardworking Joe

Joe Marin was my service person. He has waited on me several times. He keeps me informed about everything going with my vehicle. He is ALWAYS courteous. When I come to get my vehicle serviced, I request him. Thank you Joe for being such an amazing guy and displaying excellent Customer Service!

Not satisfied with the service and customer servie

Got oil / filter change and rotation. 1 day after, took trip and low pressure light came on for the tires. New tires, check pressure. Pressure correct. Have not had this problems before. Called the service department and they stated that it must have failed and did not offer to correct this until we had to demand it. We have two Toyotas and we will not be bringing it back to that service department.

I was pleasantly surprised at my visit today.

I am very satisfied with the service I received today. I was able to get an appointment today. The representative with whom I worked was very polite and friendly and his sense of humor was evident. He kindly showed me how to connect my new cell phone to the hands free option on my car. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
