Toyota Service Dept. Saved the Day!
Today Ms. Nina Zamora was my Service Advisor, unbeknownst to me, I had multiple nails in one of my tires, having a new Camry, I was not a happy camper. I called Bohn Toyota Service Dept. and spoke to Nina, she was kind, efficient and compassionate to my twenty questions! Not satisfied
Everything was fine, until I saw they didn’t clean the vehicle inside and Outside either. When I was testing the car I told the vendor there was tire signal on in the instrument cluster and she said they will fix it for me. She never did it. The tire is still losing air.

Don’t request notes on appt service.
Repair department was quick and easy. However the service staff was curt and sarcastic. Chastised for not give coupon at take in. I did on service appt.
